Certified Service Program
Every system on a boat requires upkeep - especially high-performance livewell and bait systems. To keep your pump box operating at peak performance for decades, we've built a straightforward maintenance program. Our 100-Year Warranty is powered by the Certified Service Program -- scheduled service every 36 months that keeps each pumpbox in peak condition. At $199 plus parts, every cycle includes a full teardown, refresh, and signed service record. It's simple protection that ensures your system lasts as long as the vessel.
Warranty Terms
- Scope: Warranty applies to the fiberglass pumpbox structure; pumps and accessories are covered separately by their manufacturers.
- Activation: Must enroll within 90 days of initial purchase.
- Service: Performed at intervals published by Wicked Wells, by us or a Certified Outfitter.
- Duration: Coverage valid for 100 years while program is active and the box is in good standing. Wicked Wells reserves the right to materially amend the program with 90 days' notice. If discontinued, coverage extends through one final service cycle (if due within that window).
- Transfer: Warranty may be transferred at each sale of the vessel or pumpbox, provided the pumpbox is enrolled in the Certified Service Program and all fees are paid in full. Transfers must be requested in writing within 90 days of sale and confirmed by Wicked Wells.
- Limits: Liability limited to repair or replacement of the pumpbox; no incidental or consequential damages. Governed by Florida law.
- Continuity: Warranty obligations transfer to Wicked Wells' successor or assignee in the event of sale or merger.
