We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs) unless you provide it for a specific purpose.

Calls & Text Messages (SMS/MMS)
If you call or text our published numbers, we will use your number and message content to respond and support you. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies by conversation. You can opt out of non-essential texts at any time by replying STOP; for help, reply HELP. Transactional texts (e.g., appointment confirmations, order updates) may continue where permitted.

Squarespace (website): website hosting, Contact forms
HubSpot (CRM): contact, deal, email, and website interaction data
Aircall (phones): call and text routing/records and contact details used for communications
Dealers/installers/contractors you direct us to work with for quotes, installations, or service
We require service providers to use personal information only to provide services to us and to protect it appropriately.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own (including the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual commitments) for such transfers.
Retention
We keep personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy (e.g., while you have an active relationship with us), to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information (access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; risks remain.

Deletion – request deletion, subject to legal exceptions
Restriction / Objection – restrict or object to certain processing
Opt-out of marketing – opt out of marketing emails (via unsubscribe) and texts (reply STOP)
California (CPRA): rights to know, correct, delete, and limit certain uses; right to opt out of “selling” or “sharing” (cross-context behavioral advertising). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide mechanisms to opt out.
EU/UK: you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
How to exercise: email sales@wickedwells.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity and, for California, we honor authorized agent requests as the law requires.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function properly if you disable cookies. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
Children’s Privacy
Our products and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us to request deletion.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will post the updated version with a new “Effective date.” Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.

Additional Disclosures About Our Systems
We currently store and process customer relationship and communications data in:
Squarespace (website): website hosting, Contact forms
HubSpot (CRM): contact management, quotes/deals, email communications, website forms/analytics as configured by us.
Aircall (phones): inbound/outbound calls and business texting (including call logs/recordings and message content) for support and sales operations.
These providers act as our processors/service providers under written agreements. They implement their own security measures and retain limited rights to process data solely to provide their services to us.
